My name is Michaela, and as a devoted mystic, I credit my spiritual practices and tantric rituals as the most profound way to access my creativity. By being completely dedicated to nourishing and expanding my creativity, doors have opened for me that I could have only dreamed of as a little girl. This way of life has taken me all over the world — from places like Vietnam and Antarctica to Peru and Sri Lanka — and allowed me to write my debut fiction novel with ease, a thriller exploring the intersection of art and mysticism in Mexico City.

Through my navigation of these areas in my own life, I have found a deep sense of direction, clarity, and a more profound sense of affirmation that I am on the right path for me. Human Design
Three-Session Deep Dive
I believe the study of our Human Design can set us on the path of experiencing our divine creativity and a deep knowing of the medicine we are meant to share with the world. Much like astrology, Human Design is a system based on your time, date, and place of birth. But this information doesn't just map where the planets were in the sky when you were born like a birth chart, as it also identifies your dominant chakras to create your personal body graph.
Through three sessions together, we will go over the basics of your Human Design chart, then use the remaining two lessons to dive deeper into specific areas of your chart, including my personal favorite aspect: the Incarnation Cross, which can show you the special medicine you are meant to grasp in this lifetime and how you can ground in order to see your divine mission into reality.
Meant to serve as a method of self-discovery, after each session, I craft custom journal prompts and practices for you to explore before we meet again.
Astrology
Three-Session Deep Dive
I believe studying our astrology charts can serve as a massive awareness and awakening to the truth of who we are. Furthermore, I believe it has the capacity to show us something even deeper: our purpose here on Earth. After recording your time, date, and place of birth, I will create your own birth chart and give you an introduction to your personal astrology based on the interpretation of the fixed stars, the Sun, the Moon, and the planets according to your birth.
Through three sessions together, we will go over the basics of your astrology chart, then use the remaining two lessons to dive deeper into specific areas of your chart, including my personal favorite aspects: your South Node and North Node, which can show you what karma you came into this life with and what dharma awaits you as you stay true to your path.

If astrology is looking at the stars from the time, date, and place we are born, then I invite you to think of astrocartography as its opposite. Consider it like this: The Universe took a screenshot of Earth at the exact time you were born, which tells us infinite depths about how you can move through the planet to feel your best and to share your specific type of medicine with the world.

The best way to create a piece of work is to truly feel it, to embody it, and to go on a journey with it, as it. To write a book, you must feel the book. To write a deeply personal essay, we must have the capacity to go to that emotional response, to touch it, to digest it, and to ultimately transmute it to words. Through somatic movement and mindful rituals, we do just that.
Tantric Breathwork
Embodied Journaling
Embodied journaling entwines our words with the senses of the world. Instead of freeform writing to express our experiences or emotional responses to experiences, embodied journaling is more pleasure-based and intentional practice that connects the words we write to our physical reality —our actual human experience—by portraying the textured senses of the body.
Tantric breathwork serves as a powerful practice to clearn your central channel, which extends from the sacrum bone at the base of the spine, through a three-part breathwork. Through accessing the sacral chakra and awakening our sexual energy, Michaela believes we can access our highest, most profound sense of creativity.
